About Chattings

Chattings first established its Lettings Business in Lichfield in 2001 and grew very quickly following the opening of its key office in Bore Street. As the company expanded towards Sutton Coldfield, the Sutton Branch was opened in early 2005, which allowed a much wider coverage as far into Birmingham as Erdington. In 2006, and in contrast to many agencies, Chattings launched its own dedicated Property Management Team which is now based with the Lichfield Lettings team at the excellent location of 16 Bore Street. Chattings relocated to the fantastic double window fronted offices at 16 Bore Street in December 2008 and in October 2009, Chattings moved the Sutton office to its current 24A High Street Prime Location, again with double window frontage.

As one of the area’s leading Letting Agents and with nearly 10 years experience of local property, long term client relationships and a great team of staff and due to many Landlord requests, Chattings opened its doors to SALES in October 2010. Given our 2 prime locations of offices, our strong commitment to our 3P Ethos of PROACTIVE, PROFESSIONAL and PROFICIENT and the sheer number of strong, long term relationships we hold with our clients, we feel that 2010 is the year to launch a First Class PROPERTY SALES service to existing and new clients.
